Postman offers a function that enables your recipient to easily forward the letter to his or her friend. An unsubscribe link must always be included in your newsletter. Receiving unwanted email is annoying and time consuming. You have more to lose than win by sending e-mail to someone who doesn't want it.

Auto mailing (trigger mail)
- Create newsletters that are triggered by an activity performed by a visitor on your site. The letters are sent out automatically. For instance, a welcome letter. Add entire series of newsletters.
Filter
- Should the letter just be sent to those living in Sweden, for example? Filtering takes care of that.
Send later
- You don’t have to sit and wait for the right moment to hit send. If you want to send out Friday morning on a certain date, you can preset this and go fishing instead.
We handle unsubscribers
- Your recipients have the possibility to unsubscribe from the current newsletter or from all future mailings. The system also handles unsubscribers for new imports.
Import options and duplicate management
- You can easily import addresses via our API, Excel, or cut and paste a large amount of addresses. If email addresses already exist you can choose to update these.
Automatic deletion of incorrect addresses
- Upon import, all e-mail addresses are checked for correct format. Incorrect addresses are not imported.
Advanced statistics
This may be the most exciting part of your newsletter process. Who have opened the letter? Which links have they clicked on? Who are the most active readers? Postman also enables you to link to Google Analytics, where you can perform a thorough web analysis of your mailings.
